THE ROLE

As Engineering Specialist Aftermarket Technologies, you will report to the technical service manager.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Design and development of service tools, refurbishment and upgrade kits
• Be the project leader or technical advisor for the development and implementation of service projects
• Support the different departments within PTS (APP) with the release and maintenance of service bill of material, parts and kits
• Define, set-up and improve work methods for PTS regarding the release and structure of spare parts and service items and support the global implementation
• You are the key user for Windchill and support the PTS organization with 2D- and 3D CAD data for instructions, training material etc.
• You are the technology owner on fluids, working tools and accessories for PTS
• You give support to marketing and sourcing within PTS for (re-)branding and resourcing projects of spare parts

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Bachelor in engineering or a solid experience in a similar and relevant technical environment
• Sound technical understanding and interest in electro-mechanical design
• Software skills: knowledge of Windchill, Creo, MS Office, BPCS are a must
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, for collaboration in multinational teams. An additional language is considered a plus

• A pragmatic approach to new challenges and the ability to rapidly switch tasks depending on priorities
• Working as part of a team to find the best solution to a challenge
