The Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Evening Room Attendant to join our world-class hospitality team and contribute to our exceptional guest experience by providing top-tier evening service, including the signature service de couverture (turn-down service).

We are looking for 2 people, one part time and one full time.

Responsabilities

  • Prepare guest rooms for the evening with care and precision, ensuring a tranquil and inviting ambiance.
  • Perform turn-down service, which includes tidying the room, refreshing amenities, arranging pillows and linens, drawing curtains, and leaving personalized touches such as bedside water and chocolates.
  • Inspect guest rooms to ensure all items, including toiletries and towels, are restocked, clean, and presented immaculately.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns during the evening hours.
  • Maintain a professional and discreet demeanor to enhance guest privacy and satisfaction.
  • Ensure all areas of the guest room meet the highest standards of cleanliness and order.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues to the relevant department for immediate resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with the housekeeping team and supervisors regarding room status and special requests.
  • Support colleagues to maintain the smooth operation of evening housekeeping services.

Your Profile

  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality or a similar housekeeping role is preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence.
  • Ability to work efficiently and autonomously during evening hours.
  • Fluent in English and/or French; additional languages are a plus.
  • Professional appearance and a warm, approachable attitude.
