You are not afraid to pick up the phone to resolve issues and do not leave any stone unturned looking for ways to get the information you need.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deal with all incoming requests concerning long-term partnerships, from the Business Development or Key Account Management teams
  • Analysing all incoming documents & qualify client demands in collaboration with Business Development of Key Account Management teams
  • Use current database and modify information to fit the needs of individual RFI
  • Liaise and coordinating with appropriate internal teams to gather all information needed to put together the best possible proposal to clients
  • Create PPT decks to present the agency and our future collaboration with the client account.
  • Put new formats in place to showcase our creativity and innovation (create a dedicated video for a RFI, etc…)
  • Share all documentation with Business Development or Key Account Management to send to the client
  • Maintain and update our database with all relevant information to send to clients
Must Haves(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)
  • 10+ years in an event agency , either within Key account management or on the operational side
  • Naturally curious/inquisitive - capacity to quickly understand the company structure, then apply a global vision (HR, finance, ESG, Sales, Operations, Process, Tools, etc….)
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Convincing and professional manner
  • Fluent English and French
  • Excellent writing skills and comfortable with powerpoint
  • Detail oriented with the capacity to summarise and be succinct, very rigorous, organised and efficient.
  • Sales skills, without being pushy
Nice to haves
  • Any other language skill (except English)
  • Ability to think innovatively
