Expert in Direct Procurement

- Manage procurement categories: sourcing, selecting suppliers, and negotiating.

- Build and maintain relationships with (senior) stakeholders to support supply and drive changes.

- Manage supplier relationships to align with targets and improve supply, quality, and cost.

- Support implementation of global projects and manage supplier transitions.

- Develop and deliver objectives and targets for procurement categories.

- Act as a change agent and demonstrate the value of procurement.

Experience :

- Bachelor/Master degree in engineering, supply chain, or business

- 5-7 years of experience in supply chain/procurement.

- 3-5 years of direct procurement experience.

- Strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.

- Experience in multinational companies and complex matrix organizations.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.

- Fluent in English and Dutch
