As Facilities & Environment-coördinator, you are operationally responsible for :

-the day-to-day facilities management for a site of +/- 18 000 m²

-follow-up and application of all environmental legislations.

Key responibilities :

-Environment and sustainability are top priorities : you follow-up and implement all environmental legislations, you drive sustainability across the organization.

-General management and maintenance of building and premises.

-Technical inspections.

-Management off all rolling equipment.

-Waste management.

-Management of all cleaning activities.

-Management of work clothes.

-Heating and electricity.

Competences

-Bachelor degree or equal by experience.

-Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience related to facilities and/or SHE.

-You look at the details but you don’t forget the global picture.

-Hands-on mentality, down-to-earth, autonomous, positive attitude.

-Problem solver

-Can do-mentality.

-Stress resistant.

-Able to communicate verbally and written in English, Dutch. French would be an advantage.
