Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bike Mechanic, located in Brasschaat. The Fiets technieker will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and repairing bicycles. Daily tasks include diagnosing bike issues, performing tune-ups, replacing bike parts, and ensuring high-quality service and safety standards are met. The technician will also be expected to educate customers about bike care and proper maintenance practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in bicycle assembly, maintenance, and repair
  • Mechanical skills and knowledge of bike parts and components
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Relevant certifications or training in bicycle repair is a plus
  • Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and lift heavy objects
