As we continue to grow at Addestino, we would like to further strengthen our team with a right hand to the Finance & Administration Manager. Addestino is a Belgian consulting firm and has a track-record in turning technology into business success. The Challenge

Your tasks will consist of:

  • Accountancy from A to Z:
  • Handling and processing incoming invoices
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts and wages
  • Preparation of invoices, payment runs and VAT declarations
  • Assisting on monthly/ year end closing
  • Preparing Audit files
  • Comparison of opex and non opex cost
  • Administration
  • Payroll
  • Contracts: support the administration of new contracts for employees, consultants and interns, and ensure the efficient and timely management of ongoing contracts
  • Policies:updating labour regulation policy, IT policy, fleet policy,…
  • Insurances
  • Office Management

Your Profile

  • Higher academic education with a background in Accounting
  • By preference 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience or a graduate with a strong drive
  • You have a flexible, analytical mindset and come up with ideas proactively. You always take a critical look at things and have a winner’s mentality.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Location

Our head office is located in Zele. There are flexible possibilities towards working from home and at our new office in Leuven.
