Role: Financial Controller Medior

Description:

As a medior Financial Controller, you have at least 2-5 years of experience in providing accurate and timely company records by managing the accounting function :

  • You coordinate the monthly / quarterly closings : controlling, analysis and reporting on both cost and income

  • You provide in depth - driver based cost analysis and advice to senior management

  • You produce financial statements and report to the financial regulators and authorities

  • You act as a Single Point of Contact for the external auditor and follow-up of open issues

  • You respond to ad hoc questions from different business lines within your domain.

Next to a proven experience in accounting and cost controlling, you have the following core competences : Analytical thinking, Effective communication, Flexible, Independent, Priority management, Quality driven, Stress resistant.

Incoming foreign payments must be screened and, where necessary, withholding tax must be withheld from the client and ultimately reported to the Belgian tax authorities.

Within client Sec Serv, many systems are used in which Belgian taxes are withheld. These taxes must be reported correctly and on time to the Belgian tax authorities. These are manual processes in which support can also be provided.
