We hebben met ons myNEO team een gemotiveerd persoon nodig dat klaar is om zich te integreren in een jong ambitieus team in het kanker onderzoek domein te Gent.

  • Bestellen van bureaumateriaal, marketing materiaal, materiaal / voorraad keuken, e.d.
  • Logistiek regelen van buitenlandse reizen (boeken hotels, vluchten, ¿), logistiek regelen voor deelname aan conferenties (registratie, aankoop / huur van materiaal voor booth, ¿)
  • Communicatie met verhuurders, onthaal, algemene contacten met leveranciers, ontvangen van zendingen / pakketjes, post, ontvangen aangetekende zendingen, ...
  • Facturen opstellen, betalingen uitvoeren, documenten opladen voor boekhouder, interactie met de boekhouder over betalingen, etc. Tot op zekere hoogte de financiële rapportering doen met behulp van onze templates.
  • Documenten annoteren, inscannen en archiveren, bijhouden van Excel lijsten, ¿
  • Bijhouden van agenda¿s, initiëren en inplannen van agenda-verzoeken, ...
  • Opstellen van een beperkt aantal documenten op basis van templates (NDAs, standaard contracten, arbeidsovereenkomsten, ¿), invullen van administratieve / standaard informatie in document, initiëren en begeleiden van handteken-sessies, ...

Who are we?

myNEO is a Belgian bio-tech company in Ghent, focused on identifying, exploring and validating personalized cancer treatments. The developed bioinformatics platform is continuously being optimized based on results from our own trials and other published papers. At the core of this platform is an immunotherapeutic pathway, offering an alternative to the general chemo-/radiotherapy commonly used. This implemented pathway involves the search of tumour-specific mutations in the patients¿ blood and tumour sample.

The hands-on approach of a young start-up company is omnipresent and every employee is directly involved in substantial decision making. Therefore each employee is able togrow side-by-side with the companyand gainsresponsibilities from day 1. The company¿s offices are located in Ghent (UZ-Ghelamco area) where we work next to other like-minded start-ups in a relaxed atmosphere.
