In the role of Global Commercial Analyst you take the lead in various projects worldwide related to advanced & commercial analytics.

You do so to discover deep insights, make predictions and generate recommendations to optimize sales/margin & company performance.

Core responsibilities:

  • Consulting business & key users to define expectations and to identify and create new opportunities in order to implement improvements;
  • Using data to tell a story, conducting in-depth analysis and ensuring that specific business outcomes are achieved;
  • Collaborating closely with the Data Science team and Global Pricing Analysts in function of building a recommendation engine;
  • Gathering data, mapping and analyzing facts and figures (sales, margin, lost sales, win rates ...), in order to use this info for the establishment of a global business & pricing reporting;
  • Cooperating and executing on various global projects related to pricing & market intelligence;
  • Supporting the Global Pricing Analysts in the further development and roll out of the TVH dynamic intelligent pricing tool in order to maximize the margin in absolute numbers (balance between sales and margin);

Profile

  • Master degree or equivalent by experience;
  • +3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and verbal;
  • Outstanding analytical skills combined with strong presentation skills;
  • Proven project management experience;
  • Experience with Pricing and/or BI tools is considered a plus.
