Oval is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of People & Culture Europe to lead its HR vision across multiple countries. In this role, you will be a key member of the Leadership Team, working closely with the CEO and senior management to shape the company’s culture, talent strategy, and organizational development. While you will oversee People & Culture across all European offices, you will also take on a hands-on HR Business Partner role for the French entity.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a People & Culture strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and growth ambitions
  • Act as HR Business Partner for the French team, supporting managers and employees in all HR matters
  • Strengthen talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement across all regions
  • Oversee the People & Culture Center of Excellence, ensuring consistency across all European offices
  • Promote an inclusive, innovative, and performance-driven work culture
  • Advise senior management on HR policies, succession planning, and organizational design
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices in all markets

Your Profile

  • 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in strategic HR leadership within an international environment
  • Hands-on HR Business Partner experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices across multiple European countries
  • Fluency in French and English (Dutch or German is a plus)
  • Experience in the communications sector is an advantage
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels
