LEDR Executive Solutions is an executive recruitment consultancy specialized in finding executive profiles for international companies. We are currently looking for a Headhunter to join our experienced team in Brussels. You will be working with executive profiles therefore we are looking for someone with a solid experience in sales, recruitment or more specifically in head hunting.

Description

  • You manage to increase your clients’ portfolioand set a long-term partnership with them
  • You will have to hunt for the best executive profiles to fill the open positions in our clients’ companies
  • Guideboth candidates and clients through the whole recruitment cycle offering them the best possible experience
  • Conduct,follow-up and conclude negotiations with potential clients
  • Perform relevant sales and business research

Profiles

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, recruitment or head hunting
  • An ambitious and driven mindset
  • Outstanding knowledge in written and spoken English
  • Fluent in French and/or Dutch
