OBJECTIVE:

Sparring partner for the local managers on different HR matters and point of contact for all employees. Managers and

employees can turn to you for everything related to social legislation, recruitment, training & development, wage policy,

comp & ben, well-being at work and other HR-related topics. You develop a relationship of trust with them.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• You are an important confidant for both management and employees as well as for external partners

• You contribute to the successful implementation, evaluation and optimization of the HR policy

• Together with the HR team you work on projects such as employee engagement, absenteeism, performance review, talent management,… and you turn them into concrete action plans

• You attract new talent, by entering the labour market in a creative way, for this, you work closely together with our external recruiter.

• You provide a smooth integration of new employees. Good pre- and onboarding is essential for this.

• To make our employees grow, you prepare the necessary training plans, you stimulate competence management and the development of everyone’s talent.

• You optimize payroll & administration in close collaboration with the HR Admin & Payroll officer and you act as a backup for payroll.

• You ensure monthly reporting & budget follow up in close collaboration with the HR Process & Reporting Coordinator

• As an HR Professional you stay up to date with the current evolutions within your field

• You are member of the works council and safety committee

SKILLS, CAPABILITIES, REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGE

• Master/Bachelor in Degree, preferably in Human Resources

• At least 7 years of experiences in a production environnement

• Communicative, flexible, hands on attitude, stress resistant, people mgr

• Working autonomous and can prioritise

• Punctual, teamplayer, organized

• ENG is a must
