Your future challenge ? You will contribute to the efficient workings of the HR department by executing the following tasks : payroll, personnel administration, fleet management administration, expat administration, HR data reporting through different systems and soft HR.

Here are your main responsibilities :

  • End to end processing of payroll : on-going maintenance of payroll, leave planning system, payroll records, liaising with staff / management on payroll related queries, …
  • Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports
  • Calculating annual leave and provisions / accruals
  • Calculation and payment of termination payments
  • Training and performance management
  • Recruitment
  • Managing personnel and fleet administration : group and hospitalization insurances, meal tickets, employment contracts, dimona, social security documents, mobility budget, order of new vehicles, fuel and parking cards, …
  • Being the contact person for expatriates regarding their resident / work permit and the payroll computation
  • ...

You are also responsible for the office management : you will maintain the office condition and arranging necessary repairs.

Your strengths to make the difference ?

  • You’refully fluent in english, french and dutch
  • You’ve got a first professionnal experience of 4-5 years in a HR function : Payroll officer, HR officer, …
  • You have strong knowledge of Belgian Employment Legislation and Regulations thanks to your experience
  • You have excellent time management skills : you’re well organized and multitasking
  • You are a real problem-solver and like to ensure success
  • You’re a real teamplayer and you’ve got very good communication skills
