Company information

In the role of HR Officer, you will be responsible for all administrative and operational tasks within the HR Department and also to support the team. You will be the first point of contact for all general enquiries for employees, other departments (Compliance, Risk, legal …) and work closely with SD Worx.
In your role as an HR Officer, you will ensure that the personnel records are up to date, manage all HR documents, HR processes, and update internal databases (Salesforce - Talentsoft), making the arrival of new joiners and exit of employees and acting as the main point of contact for new joiners.

Description

  • Organize and maintain personnel records and files
  • Create and update HR reporting’s (leave sick pay, overtime,…)
  • Update internal databases (Salesforce, Talentsfoft,...)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, certificates, new hire guides, reporting for Executive committee…
  • On/Off boarding Process
  • Update of Intranet content
  • Invoices and cooperation agreements management
  • Assist with work permit applications, internal or international mobilities
  • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
  • Review HR Processes and update them
  • Participate in local HR projects
  • Support to the HR Director & Senior HR Business Partner
  • Ensure that all employees and internal department questions are answered and dealt with in a timely manner
  • Partner with SD Worx to maintain a high level of service
  • Advise employees about general administrative HR matters
  • Daily administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree, Office management, Human Resources…
  • At least 5 years of experience in the same position
  • Fluent communication in French, Dutch and English (oral & written)
  • Good knowledge of the Belgian Social law
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PP, Word, Teams,..)
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Extremely rigorous and very well organised
