We zijn op zoek naar een HR officer die de HR-afdeling komt ondersteunen en nauw gaat samenwerken met de HR-manager. Je zal in het begin voornamelijk verantwoordelijk zijn voor Hard HR-zaken, met mogelijkheden om geleidelijk aan Soft HR zaken op te nemen.

Jouw uitdaging

  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van payroll in samenwerking met extern kantoor.
  • Up-to-date houden van HR-systemen (E-Blox en Workday)
  • Afhandelen van de administratie voor HR processen (fietslease, payrol, recrutering, opleidingen,...)
  • Opmaken van rapportages.
  • Opvolgen en up to date houden personeelsdossiers.
  • Beantwoorden van personeelsvragen in het Nederlands en Frans
  • Begeleiden van medewerkers bij de afhandeling van diverse HR-gerelateerde activiteiten
  • ...

Wie ben je

  • Je hebt een Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je werkt vanuit vertrouwen (integriteit) en vertrouwelijkheid
  • Je bent flexibel en kan prioriteiten stellen
  • Je kan uiterst zelfstandig werken en kan om met werkdruk
  • Je hebt kennis van sociale wetgeving
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring met E- blox (Sd Worx) en Workday (plus maar geen must).
  • Je kan nauwkeurig werken
  • Je kan communiceren (mondeling en schriftelijk) in het Nederlands en Frans en hebt kennis van het Engels.
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve & analytische vaardigheden, bent sociaal en je bent in staat om sterke relaties op te bouwen.
