Job Description
As HR Specialist Project Management, you will
- Gather input and feedback on how to further design and develop ourvalue proposition
- Work together with EMEA/Global teams and other offices to understand their position and potential solutions
- Define key deliverable, milestones, time-line and steering committee and oversee implementation and execution of the decided action plans
- Collaborate in organizing a flawless employee experience during the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding & integration, offboarding, promotions, mobility, flex options, etc.)
- Refine existing HR policies and processes and implement new ones
- Communicate internally on any changing or new policies. Organize refresher sessions for existing policies
- Analyze key HR indicators such as attrition, promotion and performance
On top of that, you will participate with the HR & Talent team on local, global and/or regional HR projects!
The Successful Applicant
Are you the HR Specialist Project Management that we are looking for?
- Good knowledge of employment law as well as the Comp and Ben basics
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Team player, but able to work on own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong relevant HR experience preferably as HR Consultant
- English is a must with fluent French and/or Dutch
- Master’s degree or equivalent
