Key responsibility
Advising and supporting FPC Risk in general Human Resources management, policies and strategies with emphasis on recruitment, talent and performance management, compensation and benefits, professional development, retention policies and corporate branding as an employer.
Tasks
Recruitment
Advising and assisting in the selection process from the creation of the vacancy to its completion:
- Defining job descriptions for open vacancies
- Organizing and implementing recruitment strategy
- Monitoring the possible recruitment of a candidate
- Providing cooperation with colleges and universities (campus recruitment, job fairs)
- Drawing up standard documents and checklists for recruitment
- Developing a remuneration strategy
- Providing support and advise to develop a consistent and coherent salary system evaluation
methodology
Training
- Support to developing a training plan and in determining training and development needs
- Manages listings of relevant training institutes and training courses
- Assists administration in implementation of training plan and coordination of implementation,
registration and follow-up
