Innovation Growth Hacker
The Data Services and Innovation division mission is to generate additional revenues for Euroclear by monetising data through new products and services and establishing partnerships with clients and Fintech companies to bring relevant innovative solutions to market and foster collaborative innovation practices across the Euroclear group.
Emerging technologies such as Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), cloud, artificial intelligence and API could be game-changers for our industry. The Innovation team seeks to seize opportunities created by these new technologies to develop product and services addressing market inefficiencies and strengthen Euroclear market infrastructure role.
The Data Services and Innovation team works in partnership with IT business areas to explore how we can harness the benefits of data and new technology, bringing it into our product portfolio.
Role & responsibilities
As Innovation Growth Hacker, your principal focus will be on generating revenues growth for Euroclear by leveraging new technology.
You will be responsible for the different stages of Innovation lifecycle:
Idea stage
gaining market insights through customer discovery to identify business opportunities and create a pipeline of NEW IDEAS using techniques such as design thinking
Problem/ Solution fit
make several PROBLEM/ SOLUTION PROPOSALS
develop PROTOTYPES to validate hypotheses with potential clients
ADJUST/ PIVOT the product based on client feedback
Product/ Market fit
deliver and sell MINIMUM VIABLE PRODUCT to early adopter clients to confirm your product satisfies a real market demand
articulate a WINNING VALUE PROPOSITION for your product, including business model and pricing strategy
Scaling
ACCELERATE CLIENTS LEADS and scale-up production levels

- Performance driven, obsessed by metrics/ KPIs and revenue growth
Expertise
- A good comprehension of new technologies namely Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, API, Cloud and Digitalisation
- A very good understanding of securities markets and post-trade services
- Insight on corporate innovation methodology and techniques such as Design Thinking, Lean Start-up and Agile Scrum
- Relevant expertise as growth hacker or in setting up a start-up company/ new business line is strongly preferred
