The Integration Consultant is the overall owner and single point of contact of Integration solution deployments across technology verticals, to ensure integrity and quality of project deliverables including budget parameters, timelines, and agreed upon scope.
The Integration Consultant is the single point of contact for integration project requests involving external customer or supplier trading partners within the EMEA region. This position ensures all necessary resources and technologies are aligned to deliver a project seamlessly with the Cargill trading partner.
Key Accountabilities
- Leads the functional/technical areas related to technical development to ensure technical integrity of a solution within a project.
- Ensures that requirements, key functional/technical areas and infrastructure impacts are well understood by the Technical Development Teams and managed across multiple technology and functional areas.
- Recommends solutions and provide technical direction for projects by in choosing the appropriate technology and high-level technical patterns to meet the business requirements, in partnership with the involved Architects.
- Ensure appropriate resources are engaged for successful work plan execution holding cross technical team resources accountable to their deliverables, ensuring project execution including offshore, 3rd Party, or managed services resources.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Proven experience with application development lifecycles, systems integration technologies, and integration designs.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business and technical information and make recommendations
- Demonstrated understanding and application of project management principles, including Agile.
- 5 years experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and SW Engineering
- Familiarity with Requirements Analysis and Solution Design process framework.
- Experience with internal and external integration tools and solutions
- Experience working in and/or deploying SAP or other ERP environment and footprint applications.
- Experience on multiple projects working in a consultative role
