International Marketing Specialist Bread

Function

• Support the Marketing Manager in the development of international marketing strategies for the bread category.
• Assist in the execution of product launches and promotional activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor activity to inform marketing actions.
• Work closely with the market research and R&D teams to explore innovations that align with consumer needs and support our product leadership strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at the central level, as well as local marketing and sales teams across international markets.
• Act as the key point of contact for the CX project’s PIM stream, ensuring marketing and product information is accurately reflected online.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree, preferably in marketing, economics, management…
• 2-3 years of experience in commercial roles; sales, trade/product marketing, category management…
• Entrepreneurial & hands-on mindset, with the ability to drive projects forward inclusively.
• Strong business acumen & project management skills, capable of translating strategy into action.
• Passion for bakery products & eagerness to build deep category expertise.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
