As an International Sustainability Sales Manager within the Energy and Sustainability Services division you will be a part of our International Sales Team which is not only the leading sales organization within our global market place but also one of the fastest growing, innovative and dynamic teams within the Schneider Electric Group. In this position you will be selling to both large and multinational organizations headquartered in EMEA.
In this role you will be responsible for the Swedish region and you can be based anywhere in Sweden.

Your Responsibilities
- Strong focus on business development to generate business leads and develop opportunities within the Nordics region, specifically Sweden. The focus is on multinational organization who are headquartered in the Sweden.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and our global climate consulting solutions. Based on this understanding, you will recognize and articulate appropriate approaches to address gaps and enhance and communicate strengths in a way that meets customer needs and differentiate us from the competition.
- Become a key contributor to support our clients to understand and address the needs of the EMEA market.
- Collaborate with multiple sales teams and multi-national marketing teams in order to execute and orchestrate customer solutions.
- Be prepared to undertake national and international travel within EU (subject to easing of pandemic related restrictions)
- We are looking for an ambitious and driven candidate with a proven sales track record in consultancy, developing new opportunities and delivering new business.
- Previous experiences in consultative selling with subject matter expertise in some of the following areas: sustainability & climate consulting, renewable energy, ESG, circularity, compliance
- Strong proven track record of being developing accounts to grow and expand business opportunities.
- Nurturing experience, demonstrating a track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Fluent in Swedish & English with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Any additional language is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment, CRM systems (salesforce.com or equivalent)
- Personal qualities such as: self-driven, autonomous, influential, perseverant, reliable, direct, curious and creative.

The job
As a Senior Inside Sales Engineer Secure Power & Cooling Services, you will promote, quote and sell of a broad range of technical services including the start-up, maintenance, testing, retrofit, and upgrade of all secure power and cooling equipment installed at the customer’s site.
You will be selling turnkey projects ranging from simple replacement of equipment to fully engineered solutions. You identify the scope of work, estimate and sell system adds/modifications and maintenance agreements, and meet customer needs.
You will develop close and lasting relationships with customers in industries such as Chemical, Life Science, Wastewater, Food & Beverage and Heavy Industry.
The scope is wide, and this gives you great opportunity to help customers while reaching your goals:
- System performance audits and preventative maintenance
- Life cycle management and modernization services
- Service Level Agreements
- Customer training programs
- Cybersecurity and digital remote services
From the inside sales office desk, partially home based, you will be actively contact your customers in the Belgian region, developing the business and executing the sales plan. Your experience in dealing with both new and existing customers and your structured way of managing the sales process in Salesforce makes this your home ground.
It is essential for you to secure customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities.
You participate in the preparation of analysis and reports on field service performance. You work closely with Outside Sales Engineers and the Account Managers to maximize business opportunities. You keep Field Services Marketing leaders informed on offers’ feedback and needs.
You educate customers on Schneider Electric products and services, and you provide mentoring, coaching and guidance to your colleagues.

We imagine that you have:
- A master’s degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, Service Engineering or similar.
- Solid experience in a technical sales area, experience in the specific sector is a plus.
- Knowledge in remotely selling services offers is preferred (consultative selling).
- Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools.
- Excellent organizational skills.
