Are you an amazing IT ERP User Access Management Lead eager to join our IT department,based in our Braine l’Alleud office in Belgium?
As an IT ERP user access Management Lead you will be responsible for the ERP systems globally. The ERP systems are used company-wide by over 5.000 employees and represent the transactional backbone, in case of standstill/critical incident the impact of UCB key business processes as production, distribution and payments would be high.
You will contribute by:
- Leading UAM processes and functionalities, acting as undisputable SPOC and ERP expert for his/her area.
- Investigating and identifying the needs of the business and the integration of envisaged global authorizations in the existing IT system landscape
- Providing special access process for provisioning, UAM administration and management for emergency accesses.
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of overall ERP and related practices in terms of architecture, UAM.
- Actively investigating opportunities to simplify existing processes, to implement new functionalities, or to reduce functional redundancies
- Executing ERP self-inspections/reviews, periodic monthly and annual ERP account and access reviews.
- Executing ERP user license provisioning, monitoring, and reviews.
- Identifying, reporting, and document User Access Management incidents in accordance with applicable service regulations and change management processes.
- Collaborating and guiding project teams regarding defined standards and UCB processes and procedures.
- Providing support to the functional teams in order to identify/investigate the needs of the business from access management perspective
- Reviewing, challenging, and approving proposed account and access changes to the system by project teams or the run organization based on a holistic approach and beneficial business cases.
- Steering the technical aspects of various projects in the different entities of UCB
- Acting as a technical SME in SoD and GDPR solutions for User Access Management.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
- Experiences of 3-5 years within IT in a global multi-national company preferred within the pharmaceutical industry
- Deep ERP User Access Management knowledge is mandatory (minimum 8 years)
- SAP ECC 6.0
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP GRC
- Project management
- Service management
- Experiences in regulated process focused on computing, GxP environment
- Experience as a Team Lead, preferably in an onshore/offshore model
