Currently we are looking for an IT Support Engineer:

Your mission:

  • Imaging and configuring computer, and installing software
  • Daily IT technical support
  • Analyse records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
  • Maintaining records of software licenses
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology
  • Assisting Business Analyst with coordination and testing of the projects
  • IT Asset management
  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in IT Support and project management
  • You will be handling incidents, within a Microsoft environment, with Windows 10 systems, AD, O365 and other related technologies
  • You are a team player but can also work independently
  • Active Directory has no secrets for you
  • You have a keen eye for detail
  • You have excellent communication skills
