As a pioneer in digital health our heart beats for the development and implementation of new technologies. For the next level of e-health evolution we are looking for creative minds who enjoy working with a variety of technologies, their own design freedom and professional development.
You are part of a 9 person team responsible for the region Benelux and Germany. The main tasks are the Level 2 support of more than 50 branches; the operational running of the clients as well as the IT infrastructure. You will exclusively support internal colleagues.

Contribute to our success by:
  • Working as part of a dedicated and onsite customer-orientated IT team to provide high-quality standardized L2 support to the business
  • Support all technical customer requests according to SLA and business impact
  • Managing own workload including planning and prioritization according to the SLA and business impact
  • Communicating with users to ensure that they are aware of the progress of their request at all times
  • Work with the other members of the team to ensure that internal service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Produce and maintain documentation on internal systems to approved internal standards
  • Responsible for BE, NL and South West Germany locations. Must be able to travel 4-5 times a month.
  • Type B driving licence is a mandatory
