Talencia is currently looking for a System Administrator for one of our clients based in Brussels.

Location: Brussels

Duration: 4 months + extensions
Language: English

Task :
Arrange and perform CAE related software installation

Manage and monitor CAE related software licenses and proceed with the purchasing process

Handle any inquiry/request/issue report from CAE users and coordinate with the technical team and software vendors

Maintain the CAE GUI portal and adjust the content in accordance with users’ business requirements

Register and manage LDAP user accounts and take the initiative in LDAP data formalization

Act as a system application support by responding to user inquiries, supplier registration requests and issue reports

Follow-up open items, aligning with Helpdesk support team

Handle TMC system user registration and invoicing requests

Book WIFI routers and arrange device pick-ups

Requirements :
You have experience in software installation, application support, troubleshooting and license management

You have a background in IT user application support

You have a general understanding in IT sector and technologies

You have programming skills (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, Shell Script)

You are a problem solver mindset & follow-up skill

You can create good relationship with end-users, stakeholders and software vendors.

You can understand business requirements and provide technical solutions

You have well-structured communication skills

You have an ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently

You have a logical mind, even under high workload

You have a professional level of English (verbal and written)
