What you do:

• Act as a FPOC for all casino related questions from internal departments and our product suppliers. Respond to escalated product related customer requests. Assure that every person of interest is aware of what we are doing.
• Follow up on casino roadmap for all casino suppliers. Add all upcoming games with all the needed information.
• Upload new games to the website and test them on all devices in real money and demo mode.
• Make sure all live games are working as they should and solve possible technical problems with suppliers and internal departments.
• Identify player needs and spot market trends and opportunities to build our products with features that improve engagement and retention, grow and assure the quality of the user base.
• Work together with the Product lead on a marketing plan for Casino and assure follow up by internal departments and suppliers.
• Help with the Analysis of the general performance of the product, player base and the impact of above marketing efforts.
• Analyse national and international competitors and suppliers’ websites and stay up to date on new product marketing trends.
• Conduct investigations on big winning users on demand of the controlling department or the suppliers
• Report to Product Lead on a daily base on upcoming games, promotions, problems, market trends, …

Some of your talents:

• Passionate about gaming and gambling, you ideally have some professional experience with the sector and with digital platforms/products
• Expertise in product management and development is not needed but you are organised, structured and pragmatic in your way of working
• Organised and thorough, you structure your way to deal with multiple projects and are not scared to take care of some repetitive yet essential tasks (follow-up, admin, thumbnails, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentations skills in French or Dutch, you are also comfortable to use English in a professional setting
• Independent and solution-oriented, you also like working as part of a team
• Flexible, you know some issues or events can happen around the clock and are open to adapt your shifts and schedule when needed
• Passion for digital products and comfortable with new technologies and online platforms
• Experience in project management and knowledge of relevant tools such as the Atlassian Suite or Asana could help
