Your mission:
Defines and implements customer value propositions for B2C for a well-defined domain (customer base or lines of business) with the purpose to answer all the different customers segments needs, increase customer value & increase loyalty.
What will you do?
- You carry out analysis of market and customer trends, competitive context and customer base evolution
- In developing campaigns, you launch a customer value proposition with a scope of 1 to 12 months in order to answer customer needs and secure the customer base and increase customer value.
- Furthermore, you develop Customer Lifetime management and Loyalty actions accordingly
- You present the customer value propositions in Orange validation process, including development of business case and project plan and forecasts
- After validations of these propositions, you manage the implementation, and coordinate a project team
- You ensure effective reporting and if necessary revise plans
- And last but not least, you manage interactions with Market intelligence, Go to Market, Finance, Sales & customer services, & IT Legal and ad hoc with Orange group teams
Your profile:
- You have a university degree or are equivalent by experience
- You have minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, customer service in a service industry (Telecom, Energy, Insurance)
- You are an expert in product management and coordination of transversal projects from analysis to implementation
- You speak fluently Dutch/French and English
- Of course, you have good analytical skills, problem solving attitude and pro-active
