As a P&I Business Partner, you’ll play an important role in the further growth of TME and unleashing people’s and the organizational potential. You’ll be responsible for providing sound counsel and guidance to related functions’ management and employees in all areas of P&I practices in line with the business strategy.

You will report to Bahar Emrez (Manager, Business Partnering) and will be part of an enthusiastic and driven team.

Your responsibilities:

As a trusted advisor to related areas, you will be the liaison between the business and P&I colleagues. You are responsible to drive the change in the org culture and apply 5C in daily activities. You will coach line managers to ensure good quality roll out of P&I systems and provide support to the functions where appropriate.

The scope of activities includes:

1. Advising line mgmt. on how to handle member issues, career, development and organisation matters (including appraisal, moderation, development committee and all P&I processes)

  • Acts as single point of contact for employees and management
  • Provides day-to-day performance mgmt. guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, career development, etc.)
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of P&I processes and good understanding of labour legislation
  • Provides P&I policy guidance and interpretation
  • Drive, develop and execute P&I communication in our Regional Depot Operations

2. Respond to team member issues

  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations

3. Understands our clients, their structure, key stakeholders and their business objectives.

  • Proactively supports the delivery of P&I processes in the client group
  • Steer the Competency & Performance Management cycle and safeguard the quality in order to develop our people
  • Collect feedback from our clients and support improvement activities and propose solutions

4. Coordination of P&I processes

  • You are a P&I ambassador and are a champion in excellent execution of P&I transactional processes (hiring requests, headcount tracking, etc.)
  • Ensures all P&I systems and data are accurate and up-to-date (PeopleSoft, Moderation tool, RSC etc.)
  • Acts as liasion within P&I on behalf of our client group

  • Ability to analyse, interpret P&I data and make recommendations based on these insights
