Job SummaryWe are seeking a Systems Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience for the role of Programmer Analyst. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Desktop Support - Remote and a strong understanding of various IT service management tools. This role involves providing technical support managing incidents and ensuring seamless IT operations to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote desktop support to ensure seamless IT operations and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Manage and troubleshoot incidents using IT service management tools to maintain system integrity and performance.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of networking solutions to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
- Utilize Windows and Macintosh OS X Laptop Support skills to assist users with diverse technical needs.
- Leverage End User Tools like Nexthink to monitor and improve user experience and system performance.
- Implement and manage change lifecycle processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their technical proficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards and regulations to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
- Possess strong experience in Desktop Support - Remote to effectively manage and resolve technical issues.
- Have a good understanding of networking principles and practices to ensure reliable connectivity.
- Be proficient in Windows and Macintosh OS X Laptop Support to assist users with diverse technical needs.
- Experience with IT service management tools like Service Now to manage incidents and service requests.
- Familiarity with End User Tools like Nexthink to monitor and improve user experience.
- Knowledge of Incident Management and IT Service Management to ensure efficient IT operations.
