A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sales Consultant to join our dynamic and rapidly growing Greek team based in Brussels. FSM Group is currently opening its brand-new office in Athens in order to become a key player within the Greek market of sales and recruitment. We are eager to find a dedicated salesperson to join our newest project as a Junior Sales Consultant starting in our Brussels headquarters.

Description


Job description:

  • Acting as a middleman between international clients and talented candidates
  • Sourcing, prospecting and cold calling for building a wide range of client and candidate network
  • Creating and nurturing long lasting connectionsandrelationships with your newly built international client base
  • Closing business deals by negotiating with CEOs, CFO, managers and executive directors about salary packages, expectations and specific terms and conditions
  • Creating unique advertisements in order to attract the best available talent within the market of sales and recruitment

Profiles


Our ideal candidate:

  • Who is native or has a high-level language proficiency in Greek with the combination of a good understandingofEnglish
  • Who is motivated enough to participate in an international experience in a foreign country
  • Who has great communication and negotiation skills
  • Who is creative and able to think out of the box
