We are a leading company in corporate gifts, collectible promotions and promotional products. We specialise in creating innovative and memorable promotional campaigns for various sectors. We are looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager to join our team and further expand our customer base in Belgium.

Job description:

As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships and acquiring new key customers in Belgium. You will identify new business opportunities in different sectors and work closely with internal teams to successfully realise customer projects.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and expand existing customer relationships.

- Identify and approach potential new customers in various sectors.

- Develop strategies to enter new markets and fulfil customer needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to provide creative and tailored promotional solutions.

- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to seize opportunities.

Requirements:

- Experience in account management or similar role.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and show initiative.

- Experience in the promotional sector or a related industry is a plus.

- Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
