Logistics Specialists

Description of the function:

As Logistics Specialist, you are responsible for the analysis and optimization of our warehousing and operational processes and systems. Those are linked to Pharmaceutical products & Clinical Supplies distribution and to Value Added Activities for Pharmaceutical companies (repackaging, storage and distribution of clinical trials and authorized medicines).

You are involved in several customer projects and in this context you are responsible for new processes setup, for processes monitoring and for improvement actions.

You are a member of the warehouse lead team and are a key contact for day-to-day activities with internal and external customers.

You report directly to the Warehouse Manager.



Your main responsibilities are:

  • Enhance warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, space requirements and layout; Propose and implement changes.
  • Support new strategical project requests
  • Manage all aspects of assigned tasks and projects throughout the project lifecycle including project scope, schedule, resources, related data and metrics, costs, changes and implementation
  • Support business development and new activities onboarding
  • Create and update policies and procedures


Your profile:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in management or logistic
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical companies or healthcare, or for logistic services providers
  • Continuous improvement is one of your strengths and you are familiar with Lean best practices
  • Relevant experience in Project management
  • Analytical and reporting skills : capacity to analyze information and suggest action plans - monitor various KPIs
  • Solution oriented: dealing with Complex problems and emergencies and suggest solutions
  • Able to work under pressure, manage large workloads and deal with challenges in a professional manner.
  • Fluent in French, English. Dutch is a plus.
  • At ease with IT tools: Ms Office and ERP.
