A leader company in the textile sector based in Comines is looking for a Maintenance Manager. As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the equipment and team performance onsite.

In this position as Maintenance Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating the maintenance team (blue and white collars)
  • Ensuring the correct implementation of the preventive and corrective maintenance activities on the machines
  • Improving the maintenance processes as well as your team performance
  • Preparing and following up on the budget and costs for regular maintenance expenses and investment projects.

About you:

  • You have a degree in Industrial Engineering
  • You have a previous experience in people management
  • You have a good understanding of the continuous improvement tools
  • You speak French and English.
