A leader company in the Pharmaceutical industry, based in the Zaventem area, is looking for a Manager Engineering/Facilities Infrastructure to support the Process Engineering team. As Manager Engineering/Facilities Infrastructure, some of your responsibilities will include: * Managing a team of internal and external engineers (training & coaching, coordination, measuring performance, selection) * Leading strategic projects (HVAC, Infrastructure, Facility, new investments, rewamping and construction) * Working transversally with other departments in order to serve them with civil and facilities works * Collaborating with the Engineering department concerning projects and special assignments (e.g. investments)

The ideal candidate for the position of Manager Engineering/Facilities Infrastructure holds a master’s in Engineering or equivalent, at least 10 years of experience in people management, project management and HVAC.

Fluency in English, Dutch or French is mandatory.
