Job Purpose and Impact

The Marketing Communications Specialist will lead and coordinate the development of marketing communication materials to effectively represent our organization and its capabilities to customers and prospects across a broad range of channels. We seek a professional who will create plans and content, with a keen eye for design, and coordinate implementation within a team of Marketing Specialists to jointly communicate benefit-driven messages. Key Accountabilities
Grow our business by orchestrating and developing compelling “Cargill stories”, reflecting significant growth opportunities and representing multiple Cargill businesses as well as our combined expertise, and express the differentiated value we offer to our customers. Execute and lead large-scale, multi-channel marketing communications and promotion efforts. Identify and implement marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams (R&D). Use thorough knowledge of marketing and communications tools to create appealing graphic presentations. Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated ability to build relationships within a large (multinational) organization and with our supplier network.
Proven project management skills; Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.
Strong listening, communications and influencing skills; Persuasive and ability to quickly establish a rapport with all stakeholders.
Creative copywriting skills; A story-teller with an eye for detail and a structured approach to creating content.
Experience in/basic knowledge of graphic design
Superior presentation and analytical skills
Energetic, flexible and enthusiastic team player
Self-starter and effective problem-solver
Excellent English written and oral communications skills, preferably native English
