Project Location: Charleroi,

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor is advantageous

Must hold either a EU passport

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.
  • Recommend design changes to enhance cost efficiency, streamline the construction programme, and improve specification and quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness in decision-making and project management.
  • Oversee construction quality, ensuring high standards of workmanship and materials.
  • Collaborate with the contracts manager, site engineers, and other discipline leads to provide subcontractors and site personnel with accurate and timely information.
  • Review and understand drawings and specifications, promptly communicating any discrepancies or omissions to the design team.
  • Determine project resource requirements and effectively lead and motivate the project team.
  • Maintain the highest standards of health and safety throughout the project.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of procurement processes.
  • Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing construction activities.
  • Proven ability to lead MEP teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering MEP systems for data centre projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
