You also ensure that support teams have received a workshop.You apply the rules around change management to ensure that changes are documented, communicated and implemented in a controlled manner.Through the configuration management process, you ensure that we have a complete inventory of the assets and components involved in the services.You are involved in projects related to operational network improvements and onboarding of new technologies and solutions.KnowledgeCisco LAN & WLAN technologiesWAN: both MPLS & SDWANGeneral network knowledge: Routing, Subnetting, VLAN, SNMP etc.Ideally also knowledge of routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP etc.Z-ScalerExternal DNS and PKI certificatesCheckpoint FirewallCisco Prime/ISELinuxService NowWorking within projects
