For our customer located in Arlon we are looking for an experienced on site engineer.

YOUR SKILLS

• Experience in onsite support and ticketing system
• MS Windows operating systems and MAC and MS Office 365
• Managed Print Service (MPS) / Configure Mobile phones/ (Apple and Android) (MS Intune)
• Dutch and English on communicative level
• Customer oriented approach

YOUR TASKS

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to end-user devices/applications
• Installation of user devices and application
• Configure mobile devices
• Ticket handling
• Asset management
