Description

  • Creation of legal eLearnings: implementation of the elaborated and approved concept of legal training courses. In this, working very closely with the Legal Advisor who is responsible for the coordination of the legal training courses;
  • Providing input to the Legal Advisor in the process of creating new legal training courses;
  • Supporting legal and administrative tasks related to legal trainings (e.g. completing contracts with lecturers with factual data; sending, receiving, following up, ..., of the contracts; collecting the teaching materials; contacting lecturers, ...) ;

Your profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in legal practice ;
  • Professional experience of at least 1 year;
  • Experience in the notarial field (plus point) ;
  • Fluent in Dutch and at least passive knowledge of French ;
  • Understand and simplify legal notarial topics ;
  • Be able to suggest and implement improvements and innovations in the context of legal training;
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office tools, IT-minded;
  • Good self-organisation, conscientiousness, sense of responsibility and ownership ;
  • Create legal eLearnings autonomously and without supervision (takes ownership of these) ;
  • Autonomously and without supervision, provide organisational and administrative support in the context of legal training courses ;
  • Creative.
