JOB DESCRIPTIONYou’re Original and so are we!The Planning & GTM Operation analyst support the definition and execution of processes and projects that enhance the quality of the North Buying operations team.
  • Drive the GTM (Go-To-Market) calendar for planning, for all channels
  • Support, test, train, enhance the development of Trinity (Machine Learning suites of tools)
  • Support, test, train, enhance the development of machine learning and artificial intelligence tools
  • Support the development of new reporting and tools for the team
  • Consolidate input & business results of the different channels
  • Support the Sr Director in the preparation of S&OP and other important meeting
  • Conduct quantitative analysis and insights to optimize line profitability—monetize new opportunities and identify risks
  • Manage business-improvement projects
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
  • 2-4 years of work experience (ideally in merchandise planning business)
Technical Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret meaningful themes from quantitative data
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to work with complex system
  • Ability to analyse and assess impact of decisions on department and cross-functional business partners. Proactively identify business issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to be an independent problem solver, and excel in an environment without extensive resources and with high ambiguity
  • Ability to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad, diverse group of business partners, mainly the cross-functional team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with diverse teams.
