With this role you will be helping the Planning operations and Start’inn team to deliver recurrent reports and analysis requested by the business together with start’inn development and testing.

About The Job

  • Support the Planning Operation Mgr in key operational milestones: S&OP, Investment reviews, Volume Alignment, lifecycle and consolidate the required regional information to support global process
  • Work collaboratively with the Product manager of Internal Innovation, the Planning Ops manager to define the follow-up the roadmap and prioritize the work in line with company strategy and objectives,
  • Support in the development of the Go-To-Market calendar for the department, collaborate with Merch Ops & Sales Ops team to define it and provide monthly guidelines to the Merch Planning team for monthly forecast transmission.
  • Based on business acumen and data analysis identify monthly products for left to sell actions and partner with Merch team to get final product list to flag for in season discount.
  • Partner with reporting and analytics team to ensure timely issuance, new developments, or needs for future enhancements.
  • Support Operation Mgr for the execution and operational part of the Internal innovation projects (start’inn)
  • Support MPIM with ad—hoc business requests

About You

  • Based in Brussels
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other European languages are a plus.
  • Team player and can-do attitude
  • Demonstrates urgency and versatility
  • Interest in the fashion/retail space
  • Analytical skills & attention to detail to interpret meaningful themes from quantitative data
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Visio, Jira – Whimsical, Mural/Miro is a plus
