The role

The Responsibility Of The Process Manager Europe Is To Maintain, Together With His Team, Process Technology Excellence Throughout European Facilities And Ensure a Strong Technical Foundation To Enable
  • Safe, efficient and reliable production processes that meets our customer needs and our performance requirements
  • Quick and accurate support to operations to meet business and customer needs
  • Effective execution of CAPEX and process changes
  • Continuous improvement in process safety & costs, product quality and capacity utilization
The Responsibilities
  • Team organization and lead
  • Process reliability/safety/quality/costs assessment and improvement initiatives
  • Strategic thinking
  • Training
  • Technical choices in CAPEX for process related technologies
  • Functionality Notes / P&ID / PFD
  • Safety, quality, costs assessment and improvement initiatives
  • Best practices / Definition and implementation of SOP’s
  • Benchmarking Identification of best available technologies
  • Technology survey
  • Tests
  • New product industrialization

Education
  • University degree: Engineer (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Chemical, …)
Experience
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in similar position (process/production) in lime, cement or similar industry
Soft Skill s
  • Innovative and creative in the solutions you propose
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized, have a sense of priorities and a long-term vision
  • Demonstrate a certain curious mindset and comfortable in dealing with unexpected issues
  • Analytic, results and improvements oriented
  • Appreciate participating to multi-disciplinary teams and not afraid of working autonomously on projects
  • Ability to work in transversal position
  • Flexible and ready to travel all across Europe (30-50%)
Professional Skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic knowledge in statistics
  • Solid knowledge in hydraulics & basic electricity
  • Project management skills required
