My client is looking for a Product Data Analyst Manager to join them on their continued journey of growth!
You love data and understand how to manage the lifecycle of the products, categories, adequate promotional strategies, and pricing. You will turn data into high-value strategic insight whether internal business data or competitive data.
You will work in a unique set-up of Product Managers, with a specific frame of responsibilities and own your functional know-how. This setup allows for your in-depth expertise to shine!

Your role:
A key position, reporting to the Head of Product that business up for speed, agility, and growth!
Please note that there is no team management in this role.
Strategic Data Analysis-Findings & Recommendations:
- Review existing product portfolio and develop relevant forecasts for new product initiatives.
- You are a key driver in defining forecast, stock coverage needed, and input into the budget planning cycles.
- Analyze Performance by segment, customer, and the market as well as digest Customer feedback and deliver to the team and the head of Product necessary takeaways on a regular basis.
- Data gathering and processing. Analyze performance at product level: product group, style, colour, and size level.
- Prepare reports and analysis, monthly flash report for the Senior leadership highlighting Product performance and actions to be taken to resolve negative trends. ( T.O, Volume, Margin, FOB)
- Establish dashboards & KPIs and evolve existing tools.
Pricing analysis & Recommendations:
- Ensure competitive price lists from various competitors are gathered and analysed.
- Inform and complete the pricing tool according specific timelines.
- Lead the pricing forum with cross-functional input and drive recommendations to the Head of Product towards price positioning across the range and against the competition.
Demand Planning:
- You will be a key member of the monthly demand planning forum. Ensuring all the right data is available and ready to analyse in order to influence and review product forecasts. Working in close relationship with Sales, Finance, and Planning.
- Responsible to monitor and manage the lifecycle of each product. Determine the timing and impact of each discontinued product if necessary and communicate accordingly through the organization. Calculate the impact of the discontinued product accordingly.
- Propose Promotions and Actions as a direct consequence of in-depth business insights (financial and commercial). As well as understanding stock levels that inform specific market actions.
Others:
- Demonstrate the ability to understand deeply the Go-to-market calendar and continuously push the process forward against specific timelines.
- Ensure all actions are in line with the sense of purpose within the positioning of the brand.
Who would shine in this role!
This role requires an in-depth understanding of the planning process, product performance, and financial metrics coupled with exceptional analytical skills to convert advanced data sets into insights for decision-making and recommendations to the senior leadership team.
- You have a Business Degree and/or a minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in an FMCG or industry company within a product management team or business management.
- You have experience in Planning or a B2B and insights in process management are a bonus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - a lover of Excel and Power BI!
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated to succeed.
- You are fluent in English.
- Communication skills: strong report writing, excellent presentation skills, and ability to defend strong business cases.
- Strong problem-solving, sound judgment, and making decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
