Job Description: Sales Enablement ManagerJob Summary
As the Sales Enablement Manager for the business unit Meeting Experience, you play a pivotal role in liaising the Sales, Product Management and Marketing teams. You are responsible for identifying, developing and delivering sales tools and content needed to effectively position and sell Barco’s meeting room technology . This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales processes and marketing, as well as the ability to translate complex product offerings into compelling sales narratives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Own the creation, organization, and distribution of sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, battle cards, and demo scripts. Ensure content is tailored to different buyer personas and stages of the customer journey.
- Support product launches by preparing and enabling the sales team to understand and sell our solutions.
- Support training sessions on product updates, market trends, and sales techniques.
- Analyze usage and impact of enablement content and training programs to continuously improve.
- Promote the program to all internal stakeholders via monthly sales update calls, regular e-mails communication and other sales enablement activities.
- Collaborate with the regional and channel marketing teams to ensure consistency and relevance for channel sales and marketing.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or product marketing for B2B products and solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and solution selling.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-centric messaging.
- Familiarity with global sales teams and multilingual enablement strategies.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
