You will be a driver of business dynamics, our client offering and the client experience through responsibility for products, processes and related policies.

This is a great opportunity to get to know our clients and to learn from them.

  • Optimization and innovation of our product offering, and related aspects, by detecting opportunities in the market, group or company, with particular attention to ESG and circular economy.
  • Discovering and developing new business segments, or cooperation programs with specific sectors, partners or client groups.
  • Optimizing the front-end process as ’business-owner’ with an eye on speed and cost efficiency, excellent client experience, high user efficiency and flexible business modalities.
  • Optimizing presentation and analysis of performance and market data, and ultimately challenge & support the business teams, to support commercial and financial results.
  • Presenting the company at appropriate sector or client events and commercial contacts to explore and develop the area of responsibility.
  • Leading cross-cutting projects, including co-defining and rolling out strategy and strategic initiatives.

To this end, you work closely and collegially with the risk, business, administration and IT project management.


Your profile

  • Bilingual NL/FR
  • University education
  • Some years of relevant work experience, some knowledge of the leasing product and the ability to quickly immerse yourself in it - conceptually and analytically, as well as functionally and pragmatically
  • Highly skilled in contact and performance in a team, and conversations with company directors or senior management energize you.
  • Ambitious with regard to responsibilities, with perseverance and resistance to stress
  • Enterprising, creative and ’out-of-the-box’ but also organized
