Your Impact

As Program manager / Senior project manager you will be deployed in the public sector to support our clients in the execution of their strategic IT programmes. You are responsible for defining, building and managing a programme roadmap and associated budgets. In each phase of a project you perform a critical evaluation. In doing so, you pay attention to the strategic importance, the execution time and quality, taking into account and in consultation with all stakeholders. You set up actions that make the projects comply with the established objectives. In addition, you are a sparring partner for your customers who understands their business challenges and can translate them into (IT) solutions.

Where you’re going to get started

As a Program Manager / Senior Project Manager within the Public Sector team you’ll work within one or more of the domains of the Belgian public sector: Care & Health, Prevention & Protection, Mobility, Environment & Climate, ... You’ll work on the different ICT building blocks around identification, data, services and connectivity of the government such as ACM, KBO, e-box, MAGDA, ... Within the Public Sector team you’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team bound together by their passion and knowledge about the Public Sector. As part of this team you’ll be able to give it direction and focus by adding your specific expertise to the team composition mix.

This is you
  • You have 5 to 10 years of experience in IT program management or you are an experienced IT project manager looking for the next step in your career
  • You have a passion for at least one domain within the public sector such as; Care & Health, Prevention & Protection, Mobility, Environment & Climate, ...
  • You have experience with the ICT building blocks around identification, data, services and connectivity of the government such as ACM, KBO, e-box, MAGDA, ....
  • Any certification in project and programme management is a plus
  • You have experience with the public sector and a focus on the public interest
  • You can communicate fluently in Dutch and English. French is a plus
  • You work independently and are result oriented
  • You are not only a team player, but also a leader
