Programme Manager - Digital Transformation Contact Centre, Salesforce, GENESYS CX, AGILE SAFE. We are seeking the services of a Programme Manager who can lead Digital Transformation CRM migration in a Contact Centre/Call Centre environment. The programme covers all aspects of the contact centre transformation including Proof of Concept, Workforce Management, technology, Salesforce, GENESYS and Customer Experience (CX). Must Speak, French or Dutch and have at least 10-15 years Programme Manager experience.
