The goals of a Project Manager HealthCare is to make sure customer projects are implemented with good quality, in a timely fashion, respecting the several project teams at customer and IQVIA side, resulting in high customer satisfaction scores. This way the project manager will be seen as a trusted advisor towards our customers.

In your role as Project Manager Healthcare, you will be the central point of contact for the client portfolio that is assigned to you:

  • Translating client needs & internal procedures into outcome-driven project plans
  • Executing & coordinating your projects, both client facing & internally (risk assessment, timing, budget/forecasting, resources…)
  • Meeting admin & reporting needs (project updates, forecasting, etc.)
  • You will be responsible for approximately 10-12 hospital accounts
The PM team works in close collaboration with all the other teams (development, deployment, sales & admin) to work on internal goals & continuous improvements.

Depending on your background and/or interests you will also contribute to internal projects & initiatives.

You will be in charge of:
  • Project initiation
    • Create milestone planning
    • Detect risks based on experiences in previous projects and specific customer situation
    • Devise and document mitigation actions for all risks
  • Project delivery
    • Timely detect issues
    • Search together with the internal and external project staff for solutions to issues
    • For issues they cannot solve within their own projects:
      • Look for multiple alternatives for a solution
      • Weigh the alternatives against each other based on criteria that balance the interest of the customer with the interest of IQVIA.
      • Maintain a good relationship with all project stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Customer relationships
    • Build strong customer relationships
    • Maintain an active relationship with all their existing customers to ensure they derive value from the IQVIA solutions
    • Manage customer expectation
    • Monitor solution of technical issues of their projects at high-level
    • Provide exceptional customer experience
  • Business-development
    • Actively question their customers’ experiences with regard to added value and inform the Manager Services & Value Development of emerging issues
    • Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
    • Identify leads and transfer them to Sales
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of an agile project approach
You have:

Education / Experience
  • A Bachelor’s Degree with minimal 3 years of work experience in a client facing role;
  • Experience in project management is a must;
  • Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Scorecarding and performance management solutions is a plus;
  • Certification in project and/or change management is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Cognos, Qlik tools and other BI/DWH tools is a plus;
  • Languages: English & Dutch required, French a nice to have;
  • Affinity or experience for the healthcare industry is an advantage;
