Make your mark for patientsTo strengthen our Product Strategy and Industrial Implementation team,we are looking for a high caliber, self-motivated,Project and Program Management System Analystbased in Braine l’Alleud, BelgiumAt UCB everything we do starts with a simple question: “How will this make a difference to the lives of people living with severe diseases?” We do that by connecting our ground-breaking science with patients and their families around the world living with the physical and social burdens of autoimmune and neurological disorders.   • Act as Business System Owner for the DMSO Community (+2000 persons)
  • Maintain the PPM tool set o Gather, propose and describe business requirements for identified improvements
  • Write & review user requirements
  • Align on the development priorities with the IT & R&D partners
  • Perform system testing on developed changes
  • Provide and manage user access
  • Participate to the development of new user-oriented functionalities and solutions Participate as team member in Business projects having an impact on Integrate PPM Tool - Be accountable for the user training and coaching on the PPM tool and processes
  • Build and maintain a training strategy
  • Build and maintain a training package based on the needs of each role
  • As required provide training and coaching
  • Act as main Point of Contact for any tool and process related questions, issues Develop on-line training modules to support users
  • Increase the PPM culture and mindset in DMSO
  • Ensure PPM data quality and governance
  • Set-up and lead regular review of PPM data with the DMSO Functional PMOs
  • Create, generate and maintain PPM dashboards, reports and KPIs
  • In the system, ensure DMSO projects and programs consistently use the PPM governance
  • Assist the PMOs in defining and communicating project management processes, standards and governance within their departments - Act as Project Lead on assigned initiatives
  • Apply PMI and Agile project management methodologies as applicable
  • Lead a cross-functional project team in a matrix environment
